Losing weight can seem very tough at first but with the right help you can achieve wonderful results.

There is only one way to lose weight, which is being in a caloric deficit, and only one way to maintain it that is to consume only the amount of calories your body needs.

There is no evidence that junk food is more fattening than healthy food if they have the same number of calories. However, healthy food will make your body healthier. Anything that comes directly from nature can be considered healthy food. Anything that is processed in factories can be junk food.

After reaching your ideal weight you need to modify the habits you have been creating to lose weight, otherwise you will lose too much weight or gain it back.

About this programme

The programme runs across groups of sessions. You come to therapy during 4 or 5 sessions once a week, then you stop therapy during one week and you come back the following week to describe your difficulties or progress. We will then work on your difficulties to make it easier for you during some more sessions. We do it until the process of craving and the amount of food is ideal and you feel comfortable and happy. Once you have reached your ideal weight you come back to therapy to embrace a permanent and healthy food relationship.
