Many people consider satisfaction as the ultimate happiness and it involves comparing one’s life with some standards. In a therapeutic setting the balance between positive and negative emotions and objective predictions is evaluated, your negativity is reduced and your positivity is increased.

Mindfulness is a mental state achieved by stopping your mind thinking about the past and about the future, and focus the attention on the present moment.

Mindfulness can be used anytime and in any place to help you calm down and regain the confidence you need to complete a task or to control your mental activity.

About this programme

You will learn how to practice mindfulness and during the sessions you will be in a deep state of relaxation (hypnotic trance), during that state your self-esteem, confidence and determination will be reinforced to give you the drive and willpower you need to accomplish your tasks. There is no limit on the number of sessions you can take, the more the better.
